Massage Therapy
Massage can assist the body in its own healing processes, where disease or injury has occurred in muscles, connective tissues, bones, joints and internal organs and can also assist healing through its effect of the psychological condition of the patient, increasing a sense of confidence, well-being and relaxation.
Massage strengthens and improves circulation by releasing and calming tired, tight, and sore muscles that suffer from acute and/or chronic strain or pain. Relaxed muscles free circulation to nourish and restore. Relaxed muscles also permit greater flexibility and range of motion. These improvements reduce physiological and psychological stress, which improves overall health and boosts the body’s restorative powers, enabling you to feel better and sleep more soundly.
Our therapists utilize a variety of techniques including, deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage, sports massage and dry needling.
