Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a non invasive natural therapy which uses gentle muscle monitoring to access the subconscious and release emotional, physical and nutritional blockages.
Most of us have blockages in our lives without realising what they are, or why they are there. These can manifest into physical pain, mental discomfort and expressions of disease. Wherever there is stress, Kinesiology is an excellent way of finding and releasing these emotional, physical and nutritional blockages which in turn promotes optimal health, happiness and wellbeing. Kinesiology does not diagnose conditions, it works directly with the nervous system and the body’s innate intelligence to look at the whole person-their emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health because a fundamental premise of Kinesiology is that the body has an innate healing energy and is doing its best to care for itself, but sometimes needs assistance to achieve this state.
Muscle monitoring is a natural feedback system which uses an indicator muscle to supply information via the nerve pathways and energies of the meridian systems. Kinesiology bypasses the conscious thinking process to isolate causal factors in the subconscious, body, and ethereal levels. Through the muscle monitoring process, Kinesiology helps to establish the body’s priority healing needs, and to evaluate energy changes brought about by a broad spectrum of both manual and non manual therapeutic procedures with the end objective being to facilitate a holistic balance of body, mind, and spirit and optimum health, happiness, and wellbeing.
